harp.device.lickety-split.main-board v1.0.0

This is the main board for the Lickety-Split lick detection system. Lickety Split is a high-speed, electrophysiology-compliant lick detection system used for detecting rodent licks in neuroscience experiements.

The board features two outputs:

TTL (5V)
Harp message (for ecosystems using the Harp Messaging Protocol.)

It pairs with the cable buffer board to form a complete system.
