ISP FOR ATMEGA328P and ATTINY45

The board, connectet to an Arduino, is able to program ATMEGA328 and ATTINY25/45 CPU's.

Thanks to te DipSwitch on the board is possible to select the frequency clock of the 328 CPU in 8MHz - 16MHz and internal clock mode.

3 state LED indicates if the circuit si running, if an errorincoming during the programming cicle and in the programming cycle has been done without errors.
