USB2UART_CH340C

Current USB to UART come as USB Type A plug and its require dedicated USB extention for remote debugging so to eliminate

that I have Added new USB Type C connector so it can be easily connected with your existing Type C charging cable.

This rev A has CH340C USB to UART IC, with crystal less design this is cost effective solution.

Also addition I have also added some ESD protection on connectors for batter operation of device.
