Transformerless Cheap Battery Charger

ATTENTION! This circuit is very dangerous and presents an electric shock hazard! This is an inexpensive battery charging circuit. You can charge your 12V 7Ah batteries with this circuit. It's okay to forget the battery is on. Because when the battery level reaches the saturation point, the shunt regulator circuit stabilizes the voltage.

EDIT: In the circuit diagram, the resistor connected in parallel to the 2.2uF capacitor should be 680k, not 680R. Sorry for this mistake.
