Rotary encoder and LED breakout board
Breakout board with rotary encoder and 5 LEDs. This can be used for experimenting with digital circuits as a simple IO circuit. For those not comfortable with soldering SMD components, there is a through-hole version of this board. Any resistors in 200 - 1000 ohm can be used for LEDs as long as their brightness is what's expected.
