Paula Interrupt Adapter (A500/A2000)

Just start HRTMon from your startup-sequence, or make a custom Kickstart with HRTMon as a module and have some Retro fun!

This is an Amiga 500/2000 version of an INT7 adapter, like highpuff's here: https://amiga.technology/2021/01/18/ikod-se-int7-adapter/

In addition, it also makes the INT2/INT6 lines available (useful for some accelerator cards with IDE).
