NRG Detachable Steering Wheel Adapter

This replaces the "horn connection" in the NRG brand detachable steering wheel mount. This allows eight, instead of two, wires to pass through the center hub. This is useful when adding buttons on the steering wheel, such as for Push-To-Talk and/or Nitrous, without having wires dangling around the steering column.

Version 0.2 has been updated to make sure the contacts don't touch the metal mount in the steering wheel.
