### DESCRIPTION

Based off Kitt from the knight rider series it is the scanner that is on the front of the car

### TECHNICAL DETAILS / COMPONENTS

it uses a ne555 and a cd4017 shift register to produce the chasing effect. also need a 100k potentiometer and red leds along with a 1 microfarad ceramic capacitor.
