Eurorack Liberator - Standalone Single to Dual Power Supply Converter

A simple circuit based on LT1054 to convert single power supply to dual power supply that is needed for Eurorack. I design this to use some Eurorack module as a standalone instrument. I also use it to test eurorack module that I build or bought. I added IN pin because I sometime use it for audio output.
