EMS-ESP with ESP WROOM 32 node mcu ESP-32S
The project is based on https://github.com/emsesp/EMS-ESP32.
EMS-ESP is an open-source firmware for the Espressif ESP32 microcontroller to communicate with EMS (Energy Management System)-compatible equipment from manufacturers such as Bosch, Buderus, Nefit, Junkers, Worcester, Sieger, elm.leblanc, and iVT.
To interface, you need an EMS-to-UART converter; this hardware takes care of that. Additionally, an ESP32-S NodeMCU can be used to create the complete system.
Warning: Before connecting the ESP32, adjust the DSM-MINI-360's trimmer to provide a 3.3 V output. Otherwise, the ESP32 will burn out because it is powered by the bus voltage.
