Drooper - a drum machine for looper pedals
A drum machine based on Raspberry Pi Pico, played by capacitive touch, and designed to output to a looper pedal.
If you have ever been frustrated that your guitar with magnetic pickups can't do that KT Tunstall "bashing on the guitar body percussion" trick, this one's for you - a drum machine with guitar body bashing noises built in.
Updated 15th August 2025 to tweak the LPF which was stopping the design work correctly with a Ditto Looper 2 pedal.
Updated 29th March 2026 to correct a lingering cap touch problem, the design now requires 2 identical PCBs separated by spacers, which can be downloaded and 3D printed, 5 spacers per PCB.
