Arduino Pong Game
https://educ8s.tv/arduino-pong-game/ has plans for a cute pong game based on the Arduino Uno and a small LCD display.
Although it's easy enough to build up on a breadboard, it looks much nicer with a custom PCB.
Only 4 parts (Arduino uno, two push buttons and LCD display) are needed, along with PCB and the header pins (which probably came with your Arduino).
Enjoy!
