Hardware Debouncer
Old school Hardware Debouncer, no more noisy and bouncy switches. Default debouncing time is 15ms, longer or shorter time can be achieved by switching the responding resistor/capacitor. The core of this board is the ancient Inverted Hex Schmitt-Trigger 74HC14
R1,3,5,7,9,... : 150 Ohm
R2,4,6,8,...: 15k Ohm
C1,2,3,...: 1uF
