555 Timer LED Oscilation

I chose SMD components and had PCBWay assemble the PCB for me because of a time crunch and lack of soldering tools for SMD's. The team communicated well and verified my component choices. The longest part was waiting for components to be delivered to the factory since they didn't have some of the components in stock. In total delivery took 19 days from order date. But honestly, once the components arrived the status was moving quickly and after shipment it only took 3 days to get to me. Which was a day earlier than expected delivery.
