555 Timer LED Oscilation

My project was for a birthday. It consisted of a 555 timer, BJT transistor, and filters to make heart outlined LED''s fade in and out with a constant "J" outline of LED's from original voltage rail itself. It's my first custom PCB ever ordered and it turned out great.
