limited holes spacing

Pending Review Reason:

For standard 1oz copper thickness, the spacing between holes of different nets exceeds our manufacturing capability.

Currently, the minimum spacing for different nets we can support is 0.45 mm for plated through holes and 0.30 mm for vias.

Suggestions:

1. Reduce the hole diameter appropriately to meet the minimum spacing requirements

(0.45 mm for plated through hole spacing / 0.30 mm for via spacing);

2. Adjust the design to directly increase the spacing between the holes.
